Rob Mulrooney


Rob is a skilled Certified Management Accountant, with an MBA and a degree in Mechanical Engineering who has worked with a variety of high profile organizations.


He possess strong business acumen as a result of 25+ years of business experience, in multiple industries, in diverse roles, in Canada and internationally. Rob’s work experience is primarily in Finance, but he has supported or been responsible for corporate functions such as lT, Real Estate, Marketing, HR, Legal, Strategy and Internal Audit. He has travelled the world with assignments in Malaysia, Japan, Switzerland, Mexico, and multiple locations in Canada.


Rob’s experience with large multinationals, small start-ups, and not for profit companies’ is extensive. Working with large multinational’s such as Nortel Networks, lBM, Magna and Avery Dennison’ prepared him for his current role as Vice president Corporate Services for CAA North and East Ontario, where he is responsible for Finance, payroll, lT, Facilities, Membership Processing and Real Estate, and where he holds the role of Chief Privacy Officer.


Rob’s main areas of expertise include budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, management reporting, general management and strategy. His experience presenting to Boards and Committees as well as to Executive Management at large multinationals is valuable to the RA and the Board of Directors. On a regular basis he presents to the full CAA Board of Directors, as well as to specific committee’s within the CAA Board: Finance, Audit, and Pension.
