Gentle Pilates -

Tuesday, September 5 from 10:30am to 11:30am

An introduction to the foundational moves of Pilates, this class will improve your body awareness and help you to rebuild core strength. It is great for beginners and those who enjoy a gentler class. Progressions and props may be used to help improve strength and mobility.

 

Warm Yoga -

Thursday, September 7 from 9:30am to 10:30am

Monday, September 11 from 4:15pm to 5:15pm

Curious about hot yoga but something still holding you back? Why not start off with WARM YOGA? This class moves at a slower pace allowing you to focus on correct alignment, breathing techniques, and learning the sequence. Notice gains in strength, stability and flexibility. The warm room enhances flexibility making this a nice starting spot for the “less bendy”. It also allows a nice sweat/detox!

 

Women on Weights -

Wednesday, September 13 from 9:00am to 10:00am

New to the gym? Not sure about lifting weights? Join Jill for 12 weeks and let the results speak for themselves! The benefits are phenomenal… don’t be afraid of the gym, the boys or the myths surrounding strength training! This women's only program teaches proper technique and safety while training using machines, free weights and bodyweight.

 

Youth Learn to Train - Ages 14-17 years

Thursday, September 14 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Learn the principles of training and try out a variety of different training modalities. This youth program will also teach proper technique and safety while training using machines, free weights and bodyweight.
